Hi! I’m Natanya. I’ve been where you are.

On the outside I looked like I had it all together. A serial entrepreneur with a flourishing design business, always saying yes to every project and hitting all my goals.

Behind the scenes? My body was screaming at me to stop.

That breaking point led me to study nervous system regulation, somatics, and the science of sustainable high performance. I combined my background in interior design (yes, really) with trauma-informed coaching to create the Rooted & Rested™ method.
