Consultations and Audits

Helping people and businesses understand how story, state, somatics and surroundings shape the way they work, lead and grow — through trauma-informed coaching, audits and workshops.

I’m a trauma-informed business and leadership coach specialising in neuroaesthetics, with a background in interior design. I understand that spaces shape far more than how a place looks - they influence how we feel, function and show up in our lives and businesses.

Our environments influence our nervous systems, energy, sense of safety, focus and capacity - often without us realising it.

That’s where my work begins.

My consultations offer a holistic audit of your business, looking at your story, state, somatics and surroundings to understand what is supporting - or limiting - your wellbeing, productivity, creativity and capacity for growth.

The same Rooted & Rested™ principles I use in coaching are woven through this work, with practical recommendations for immediate change and, where needed, a pathway towards larger environmental or design changes.

Because your business isn’t separate from the person building it
- and neither is the space you build it in.

Your people, your business and your surroundings are all connected.

My work sits at the intersection of four things:

Your story.
Your somatics.
Your state.
Your surroundings.

Because real transformation and success happens when we stop treating them separately.

    The One Day Audit

A focused, single-day audit of your business, your space and the way you work within it.

The Day Audit combines an analysis of your surroundings with key questions and observations around business, team dynamics, productivity, wellbeing, flow and capacity.

Whether working from a home office or a corporate environment, we look at what is currently supporting your business — and what may be creating unnecessary friction, overwhelm or limitation.

The day includes a walkthrough and consultation, with practical suggestions for immediate changes and simple environmental tweaks, alongside recommendations for areas that may benefit from deeper consideration.

For home-based businesses, this can also incorporate elements of the Rest Test, assessing what your nervous system needs from your environment to support regulation, focus and restoration and expansion.

Following the visit, you’ll receive a ready-to-use document capturing the key observations, recommendations and actionable next steps, giving you a clear plan to implement immediately.

  • The Deep Dive

    The Deep Dive

Based on the Day Audit, this is a deeper process for businesses looking to create sustainable and meaningful change in the way their people work, feel and function.

Building on the initial audit, we develop a tailored plan that looks at the business, team, surroundings and overall health of the organisation, identifying what needs to shift and supporting those changes over time.

Through ongoing observation, consultation, coaching and team work, we explore the deeper patterns at play — from productivity, creativity and culture to regulation, wellbeing and the physical environment.

The aim is to create meaningful change that lasts: supporting healthier people, healthier teams and healthier businesses through the spaces, systems and ways of working that surround them.

Why choose us?

It’s important to understand the strengths and perspective of the person you choose to work with.

At Willow & Rest, our work sits at the intersection of somatics, story, state and surroundings, recognising that how we feel, how we function and how we show up is shaped by far more than mindset alone.

Our approach is trauma-informed, because we understand that our past experiences and the stories we carry can continue to influence our nervous system, our behaviours, our relationships and our capacity in the present.

This feels particularly important in the Middle East, where so many people are navigating the impact of collective and personal experiences that can profoundly shape our sense of safety, connection and ability to thrive. But this work is not limited to any one place or experience. We all carry stories, and those stories can influence the state we live and work from.

Our background in interior design and neuroaesthetics adds another important dimension: the environments around us matter too. We consider how our surroundings interact with our internal state, and how small or significant changes can better support regulation, wellbeing, creativity, productivity and growth.

We pride ourselves on knowing where our expertise lies, what we do exceptionally well, and when to bring in the right people to take the work further.

Meaningful change and greater success begins when we stop treating the person, their story, their state and their surroundings; separately.
