Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 October 2026
1. Who we are
Willow & Rest Ltd (“Willow & Rest”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides coaching, educational resources and services focused on somatic wellbeing, nervous system regulation, sustainable performance, leadership and the relationship between people and their environments.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal information when you visit our website, take the Rest Test, enquire about our services, join a programme or communicate with us.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following information.
Information you provide
Your name and email address.
Information you submit through contact forms, enquiries, bookings or programme registrations.
Information associated with your participation in Rooted & Rested or other coaching services.
Messages, feedback and correspondence you send us.
Rest Test information
When you complete the Rest Test Lite or another Rest Test assessment, we may collect:
Your answers to assessment questions.
Your primary reported area of difficulty or “primary drain”.
Assessment scores, including Rest Test and readiness scores where applicable.
Your assessment date and a unique assessment reference.
Your name and email address when you choose to submit them.
The Rest Test Lite initially saves assessment responses without your name or email address. If you subsequently submit your details, these are linked to that assessment so you can access your results.
You may also choose whether to share your individual assessment responses with Natanya for more personalised guidance. If you choose to keep your responses private, we will respect that choice and will not make those individual responses available to Natanya for personal review through our coaching CRM.
Programme and payment information
If you purchase a programme or service, we may process information needed to manage your enrolment, access, payments, communications and participation. Payments may be handled by third-party payment or course platforms.
Technical information
Our website and service providers may collect technical information such as browser and device details, IP address, website usage and information needed for security, functionality and troubleshooting, depending on the technologies in use.
3. How we use your information
We use personal information for purposes including:
Providing your Rest Test results and enabling access to your assessment.
Maintaining your assessment history where appropriate.
Responding to enquiries and providing requested services.
Managing programme enrolment, delivery and participant support.
Sending personalised coaching information and updates about programmes, where permitted.
Following up on enquiries or requests you have made.
Improving our website, assessment experience and services.
Maintaining security, preventing misuse and meeting applicable legal obligations.
We do not use your Rest Test responses to make automated decisions about your eligibility for coaching or other services.
4. Email communications
When you submit your email through the Rest Test Lite, the submission process explains that your email will be used to send personalised coaching information and keep you updated on programmes.
We aim to send communications that are relevant to your interests and your interaction with Willow & Rest. You can unsubscribe from non-essential email communications using the unsubscribe mechanism provided or by contacting us.
Unsubscribing from updates will not necessarily stop essential administrative messages relating to a service you have purchased or specifically requested.
We will respect applicable marketing and privacy requirements when sending communications. We will not treat your choice to share your assessment responses with Natanya as permission to receive marketing emails; these are separate matters.
5. Sharing your assessment responses
The Rest Test Lite gives you a choice:
Yes, share my responses: you allow Natanya to review your individual assessment responses to better understand your situation and provide more personalised guidance.
No, keep them private: your individual responses are not made available to Natanya for personal review through the coaching CRM.
You can still submit your email and receive your results without choosing to share your responses.
Where individual responses are kept private, we may still need to process the information technically to generate and provide your assessment results. We will not interpret this necessary processing as permission for Natanya to review your individual answers.
6. How and with whom we share information
We may use trusted third-party service providers to operate our website, assessments, communications, bookings, payments and programmes. Depending on the services you use, these may include:
Supabase, for database and assessment infrastructure.
Squarespace and relevant course, booking or payment platforms, where applicable.
These providers may process information on our behalf to deliver their services. We aim to limit access to the information needed for the relevant purpose.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights or the security of our services, or as part of a legitimate business transfer.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We do not make your individual Rest Test responses public. Any sharing beyond the purposes described in this policy will be handled in accordance with your choices and applicable law.
7. Sensitive and wellbeing-related information
Your Rest Test responses may reveal information about stress, emotional wellbeing, personal circumstances or other aspects of your life.
We treat this information with care and limit access according to the purposes for which it is collected and the choices you make.
The Rest Test is an educational and coaching tool. It is not a medical or psychological diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for professional healthcare.
Please avoid including unnecessary highly sensitive personal information in free-text fields or general enquiries.
8. How long we retain information
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, taking into account legal, operational and record-keeping requirements.
Assessment records may be retained to provide access to results and maintain relevant assessment history. Lead records may be archived when they have been inactive for an extended period. Archiving does not necessarily mean immediate deletion.
Programme, payment and business records may need to be retained for longer where required by law or for legitimate record-keeping purposes.
Where information is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to delete it or anonymise it, subject to applicable retention obligations and technical limitations.
9. How we protect information
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.
No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore cannot promise absolute security, but we aim to handle information responsibly and restrict access to those who need it.
10. International processing
Our service providers may store or process information in countries other than the country in which you live.
Where applicable, we will take steps required by relevant data protection laws to ensure that international transfers have appropriate safeguards.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have the right to:
Request access to personal information we hold about you.
Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
Request deletion of information where applicable.
Object to or request restrictions on certain processing.
Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

12. Cookies and analytics
Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to support functionality, security, analytics or marketing. The technologies used and the choices available to you depend on the website and services in operation.
Where required, we will request consent before using non-essential cookies or similar technologies. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.
13. Children's privacy
Our coaching services and the Rest Test are intended for adults. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children through these services. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us so we can assess the appropriate steps.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, systems or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on our website with its updated date.
